We are very proud to open our facility to the public forSUMMER CAMP.

Horse Summer Camp
Children Ages 7-16

A summer riding program designed for the beginner to intermediate horse rider and horse lover.

Camp runs several weeks during July and August every year. Please check back in the spring for the 2010 Summer Schedule

We offer ½ and full day camps

The number of openings is limited

Summer Camp Activities:

• Safety, Riding, Grooming, Wound care,
• wrapping, saddling, blanketing, bridling,
• bits and tack knowledge, breed and color review,
• identifying & care of sick horses, measurements,
• general care (stall cleaning, clipping, hoof care, feeding/nutrition)
• Equine overview (career review, events review, showing), gymkhanas, trail riding, crafts and pizza party.
• Guest speaker: (one person per week as available) Equine Vet, Dentist , Black Smith

2010 Camp Schedule Camp Hours:
9am-1pm unless otherwise stated or other arrangements are made
June 28-July 2 Intermediate level
July 12- July 16 Intermediate and Advanced
July 26- July 30 Beginners (9am-12noon)
August 9-August 13 Intermediate level
August 23-August 27 Intermediate and Advanced

Rates: $300 a week (Daily rates available upon request) for Intermediate and Advanced level camps $275 a week (Daily rates available upon request) for Beginner level camps ALL CAMP WEEKS require pre-registration.
