Leasing Program
Leasing a horse can be a good way of finding out whether you are ready for horse ownership, or want to “own” a horse without the long term commitment of purchasing a horse.
Leasing Options:
Option #1: ½ Lease: Ride up to 2 times/week on site and nearby trails, maximum 2 hours per ride. Cost: $225/month
Option #2: Full Lease: Unlimited riding on site and nearby trails. May trailer* to one event/month. Cost: $325/month.
Option #3: ¼ Lease: Ride 4 times/month on site and nearby trails, maximum of 1.5 hours per ride. Cost: $150/month
Obligation:
- The lease applies to ONLY one individual and a waiver must be signed agreeing to the terms of the lease. Lease agreement document discloses all terms in addition to this summary. Please remove this wording from last bullet: Vet, healthcare and nutrition costs.
- Leases require 1-2 paid lessons to choose the most appropriate horse to lease.
- All leases require a minimum monthly lesson obligation of 2 lessons per month, costs of which are in addition to the lease.
- Horses cannot be ridden during lesson times except during the lease’s lesson
- Leases are for a minimum of 3 months and then renewable monthly thereafter. Payment of lease is monthly.
- The stable is responsible for all routine vet care costs, feed, nutrition and healthcare costs associated with routine care of the horse or injuries associated with non-riding events. Lease will be responsible for all healthcare costs associated with events/injuries when due to riding.
